Features
1. Dual-Speed Power Head Design The power head features a two-speed transmission system. It supports both high-speed gear motors and low-speed, high-torque cycloidal motors, with identical mounting dimensions for full interchangeability - ensuring adaptability to various operating conditions.
2. Independently Adjustable Hydraulic System The hydraulic system is uniquely designed to allow stepless speed control for each primary function. Unlike others who rely on engine RPM adjustments that affect all operations simultaneously, our system enables precise, independent speed regulation for individual movements via hydraulic control.
3. Robust Mast Structure The mast adopts a dual cylindrical beam design on both sides, enhancing overall stability and reliability. This structure ensures excellent concentricity and alignment during drilling operations.
4. Two-Speed Main Cylinder for Lifting Operations The main cylinder offers high and low gear settings. For light loads, the high-speed mode improves efficiency, while the low-speed mode provides safer control during incident handling or heavy-load conditions.
5. Advanced Hydraulic Pump Configuration The rig utilizes four identical gear pumps, all fully interchangeable - an industry-leading design while others use a dual-pump plus single-pump setup that requires at least two engines to operate all functions. Our system allows full rig operation with just one engine during shallow drilling, significantly reducing energy consumption.
6. Large-Capacity Hydraulic Oil Tank The oversized hydraulic oil tank enhances cooling and heat dissipation performance.
7. Wireline Core Winch with Spooling Device The wireline winch is equipped with a spooling device to prevent rope tangling, ensuring smooth and safe core retrieval.
